Fall Surprise

Last Spring Jacob and I planted some flowers in two flower pots. The flowers lasted a little while and then died. Then about a week ago I noticed this




How pretty I thought. Every time I walk to the the driveway, get in my car, get out of my car, take out the trash I see those pretty flowers. I also see this


And then I think of "neither can live while the other survives..." or something like that. It's Harry Potter, in case you were wondering. Yes I see flowers and think of Harry Potter, I really am a nerd now aren't I?
